AvaStudy is a personal study app. By using it, you agree to these simple terms.

Who Can Use This App

This app is intended for personal, non-commercial use by students. You must be at least 13 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian where required by law, to create an account.

Your Content

When you upload study guides or notes, that content stays yours. We use it only to generate your flashcards and games — it is never sold or shared with third parties.

AvaStudy — including the app, software, design, and branding — is owned by its developers. These terms do not transfer any ownership of the app or its systems to you.

AI-Generated Content

Study content generated by AvaStudy is created by an AI and may occasionally contain mistakes, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. You should review generated flashcards and questions before relying on them for studying or schoolwork.AvaStudyis a study aid, not a substitute for your own notes or your teacher's materials.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining access to the Google account you use to sign in, and for all activity that occurs under your AvaStudy account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact us immediately.

If You Use AvaStudy With a Class

A teacher account can create a class, invite students with a join code, and assign study guides. If you set up a class, you confirm that you have the authority to enroll those students in a study tool and that you have obtained any parental or guardian consent required by your school, district, or applicable law (including COPPA and FERPA where they apply). You are responsible for how you use the progress information AvaStudy shows you about your students.

What a teacher can see about a student in a class is limited to that class and is described in our Privacy Policy. A student may leave a class at any time.

Subscriptions & Billing

AvaStudy offers a free plan (3 study guide uploads per calendar month, which reset at the start of each month) and a paid subscription, AvaStudy Unlimited, which adds unlimited uploads and additional study tools (including practice tests and a study plan), available monthly or yearly, at $6.99/month or $59.99/year. Subscription features and pricing may change over time; a price in effect when you subscribe continues to apply for as long as your subscription remains active without interruption.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the billing period you choose — monthly or yearly — and renew automatically at the same interval until canceled.
• A subscription may be offered with a free trial. If you start a trial, no charge is made during the trial period; at the end of the trial your payment method is charged automatically for the first billing period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel a trial at any time from Settings → Subscription.
• Billing is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
• You may cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain unlimited access until then.
• Deleting the app from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Settings → Subscription or through your platform's billing management.
• We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
• We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. A price change does not affect your current billing period, and if you subscribed at an earlier price you keep that price for as long as your subscription stays active without interruption.

Acceptable Use

Please use AvaStudy only for studying. The following are not allowed:

• Uploading content that is harmful, offensive, or belongs to someone else without permission
• Attempting to abuse, overload, or disrupt the service
• Attempting to access another user's data or account
• Using the app for any unlawful purpose
• Uploading malicious files or attempting to interfere with the app's systems

Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To do so, go to Settings → Parents & Safety → Delete Account and confirm. All data — including your profile, progress, study sets, and pet — will be permanently and immediately erased. This action cannot be undone.

If you have an active subscription, it will be automatically canceled when you delete your account. No further charges will occur after the deletion date.

Availability & Termination

We do our best to keep AvaStudy reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app or that all generated content will always be accurate or available. The app is provided as-is.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
